San Diego Orienteering uses Slack to coordinate events, share information, and get to know each other. Ours is a public server and anyone can join, regardless of experience.

 

To join, simply send an email to info@sandiegoorienteering.org with the Subject "Please send Slack invite". 

 

​After joining, make sure to do the following:
 

• Introduce yourself on the default #general channel. This is reserved for topics of broad interest to the club, including you! 

• Install the app on your phone so you access on the go. 

• Subscribe to other channels that you find interesting. Got a question, idea, or topic to discuss in detail: create a new channel and announce on #general

• Make sure to customize your notifications. This can be done per-channel if desired.
